Conclusion: Two hours and more
Review: The 8GB card worked immediately and without any changes to the settings in my Sony HDX-CV7. The card provides over two hours of HD video. The battery is now on the critial path because it only lasts for about 90 minutes. I took the 4GB card from the video camera and now use it in my DSC-T200 camera.

At least it's an original one, and it has the adapter for use it with my notebook directly.

Conclusion: cannot remove write protect
Review: worked reasonably well with the SONY cybershot camera. all of the sudden the camera says the card is write protected , no support or online way to unprotect the card to make it usable. don't waste your money, I have wasted hours already. there is no physical switch and no documentation on the SONY site.

Review: I would probably go with an 8GB, but if you aren't doing vids this will be more than what you need.
