With slim vertical styling and an enormous 3.5'' widescreen touch-panel LCD that fills the camera back, the Silver DSC-T200 captures your attention before it even takes a shot. Boasting incredible 8.1 Megapixel imaging, a Carl Zeiss 5X Optical zoom lens and special features like Face Detection and Smile Shutter Mode, the T200 shoots close-up, ultra-crisp pictures like never before. With HD Output, you can also share images in high definition on your Sony BRAVIA HDTV or other compatible HDTV screen. Touch-screen operation with a user-friendly interface Face Detection technology recognizes up to 8 faces in a photo and automatically makes skintones more natural and reduces red-eye Smile Shutter Mode shoots automatically when your subject laughs or smiles Direct HD output to your Sony Bravia HDTV or other compatible HDTV screen Captures VGA (640 x 480) audio/video clips at high frame rate In-camera multi-resizing feature resizes your photos from standard 4 - 3 to widescreen 16 - 9 and right back again D-Range Optimization preserves image data in bright highlights and reveals more detail in shadows 31 MB Internal Memory - accepts Memory Stick(R) Duo or Memory Stick(R) PRO Duo media Unit Dimensions - 3.7 x 2.3 x 0.8 inches ; 6.6 ounces

Conclusion: Satisfied Review: I am so glad I decided to buy this camera. It is so easy to operate and the large 3.5" LCD widescreen is a pleasure. The quality an resolution of the pictures is excellent. I am delighted with this my fourth digital camera and the price is worth for every pixel.

Conclusion: Best one I've owned and survived being thrown through drywall! Review: Camera is great. Fantastic pictures even in moderate low light (think restaurant). Not so good on action shots, but if you're into that, you probably have a different camera.
My camera was thrown so hard it punched right through the dry wall. It left a neat hole the same dimensions as the side.
No damage to camera. Hole in wall.
Sony DSC T200 = 1
Wall = 0
I'd give it five stars without that experience; durability is an added bonus.

Conclusion: LCD screen too flimsy Review: After only 5 months this cameras LCD screen stopped working. There is not a scratch on it but the slightest touch can damage the screen and with out it you can not use the camera. The LCD screen is not covered under the sony warranty and customer service is poor.Sony Cybershot DSC-T200 8.1MP Digital Camera with 5x Optical Zoom with Super Steady Shot Image Stabilization (Silver)

Conclusion: stylish but not the best. Review: The red color, the perfectly slim design and touch screen were thrilling, so i replaced my other very old Sony with this one.
I regretted buying it the day my return receipt expired. The pictures look amazing, in bright, vivid color, but the quality of them is awful most of the time. The picture either turns out blurry all together or the quality is terrible when you zoom in on your face. I use the "natural" shooting mode, so it's not horrible. I just wish i listened to my more-experienced-with-cameras mom and bought another one. Before buying i thought, "well it's Sony, it can't be that bad". This time Sony let me down.
The battery dies fairly quickly too.
Other than that, i enjoy carrying a super-stylish camera around.
