Review: This kit pretty much took care of anything I would have purchased for a DSLR for the next few years, with the exception that I would probably want to buy more CF cards. The camera is very nice and the 4/3 format is great. I was weary about the motorized auto focus in manual focusing... but I use the half click single point auto focus and then manual focus to speed up things, some cases it's nice without having to deal with the AF/MF switch when trying to work fast to blur parts of images. The ISO1600 shots really saved my butt on a few pictures, at the expense of graininess, but I'll do post processing to smooth out the noise. A tad over ISO400 is nice, and good enough for night shots without too much noise. The maximum open shutter is 60 seconds, so I've done some of the night light tricks just to experiment. Granted this camera is pretty much the bottom of the line now for Olympus with the 410,510, and the new e-3, but since it's an all in one for about the price of the 410 and 510, bodies, It's great in my book. There is not image stabilization mode, except for one that uses a fast shutter and high ISO settings, which any camera will do, but this has a mode for it in the SCENE settings. Which is okay for the most part for me when I move to using a tripod. But if you take a lot of night shots, you might want to switch to an image stabilizing camera.
