Conclusion: You get what you pay for Review: You get what you pay for.
The screen didn't retract when I used it for the first time. I tried and tried and tried, but no luck. After I struggled against it for a whole hour, I decided to send it back. I contacted the seller and they told me I should contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer's response was very quick. The following is what they told me. It maybe works for someone who experiences the same problem as me.
--"...You might try taking the screen off the wall while extended and turn the case upside down (with the help of your friend) and see if the locking mechanism will disengage. Sometimes the screen can become jammed during transit and once freed it will work properly. Inverting the screen will allow gravity to assist rather than just inertia. "
I didn't try this method although I believe it should work. I rolled the screen from the bottom rod and put it on the top of the book shelf before I email the manufacturer. When I was about to try the above method last night, I take it off the book shelf and it just retracted by itself. Maybe it was because the spring recovered after the whole night of rest. Although it can not retract all the way back and leave a little bit screen hanging out of the case, I'm OK with that.
My suggestion is, DO NOT PULL IT ALL THE WAY DOWN, STOP WHEN THE WHITE SCREEN IS OUT OF CASE.
Otherwise, the picture on screen is good, and it does have strong smell as someone mentioned in his/her review.
Bottom line: this is a budget screen, don't expect too much of it. If you can, buy a better model or brand.

Conclusion: Great screen!! Review: We bought this screen for a cheap home theater that we set up at our place (after all how much money can a graduate student have?). The screen is very easy to set up. The roll up mechanism works perfectly though it might need some getting use to. The image quality is pretty good. I have Optoma Ep 719 projector which is primarily a data projector and that is why the blacks are more greyish than I would desire but it doesnt bother much. Setting it up was pretty easy, no body should have any problem with that. The packaging was good enough. It does smell of fresh paint for couple of weeks at the maximum. Overall, we are happy with the purchase. Here is wishing us many months of home theater bliss!!

Conclusion: Excellent bang for the buck Review: Bought this screen to complement my Mitsubishi HC1500 and couldn't be happier. I echo the sentiments of all the other reviewers - easy to install, great image even on low bulb, and geez you can't beat the price.
I will say that extending and retracting the screen does feel a bit on the "cheap" side, and I'm sure a premium screen would feel like butter. However if you give it the proper care and go easy on it, it will perform well for a long time.
Shout out to the seller (ANTOnline) - as they were prompt, had great followup and delivered exactly what was expected. Recommended.

Conclusion: Happy customer who wouldn't hesitate to order a screen from Amazon next time! Review: I was initially worried about buying something this significant online, but no worries, I bought this screen from Amazon (seller = databaazar) last month, and i was very happy with the experience.
Screen looks great, and was extremely easy to install (2 screws into wall, and then hung of pre-existing tabs). The only issue i have with the screen is that it takes an average of 5 pulls to get it to lock in the correct place for my projected image.
As far as image goes, I have been extremely happy and think it looks great.
The smell from the screen is strong, but not unpleasant, it smells like a new toy, just out of package, I dont have any problem with it.
