Conclusion: Seems OK
Review: This battery pack is absolutely physically compatible with the Panasonic FZ camera, but it is barely compatible with the charger. Just hangs on by a thread!
Still, it charged up just fine, and has provided good service.

Review: A lot less expensive than the original Panasonic battery, this Digipower product has caused me no problems so far. I got it as the second spare to the two original Panasonics I have (a single spare is so very risky!) and can't see a significant difference in battery life in comparison to them, although I use it just as frequently. I'm happy with the Digipower despite a previous bad experience with their rechargeable AA's.
