When it broke, I had a large stock of ink, so I felt obliged to replace the printer. The new printer prints poor quality--poor black and faded colors. When the first printer broke, I could get no satisfaction from the manufacturer even though it was under warranty. I would not recommend this printer under any condition. This is no fault of Amazon.
