Review: Maybe there's a difference in quality, but two other sources have these for $3.25. And shipping can make a difference. Google "plastic cover slips" and see what you get.

Review: The plastic slide covers are exactly as I thought when purchasing, but the packaging is completely different from what is pictured on the site. I was buying these for my son's birthday, and was hoping for something like the nice box pictured, but ended up with a chintzy cardboard deal, not even a quarter of the size shown in the picture I referred to when I was buying the product. They still will serve their purpose, but that storage box pictured would have been nice...
