The Visioneer OneTouch 9320 USB with a built-in 35mm transparency adapter scans 48-bit color at 3200x6400 dpi optical resolution and features a lightning fast USB 2.0 interface. The Visioneer OneTouch 9320 USB features ScanSoft PaperPort 8.0, the industry's leading document management application, ScanSoft TextBridge OCR and Arcsoft PhotoImpression.3200 x 6400 dpi optical resolution eliminates jagged edges and captures the finest detail from your original. 48-bit internal color capability recognizes over 281 trillion colors. 48-bit scanners capture more detail in the shadow and highlight areas of an image than their 42-bit predecessors, so you'll get brighter yellows, richer reds, cooler blues, and everything between. The Visioneer OneTouch 9320 USB includes a built-in backlight and film holder for scanning 35mm slides and negatives. Archive old photos from negatives for higher quality.

Conclusion: Hate this scanner Review: This scanner had the "Twain" problem which could not be resolved. Also I ran into the "unlock the scanner" problem, when the transport lock on the bottom of the scanner was not locked. Just broken. Customer service was no help, costs $2/minute. Won't buy Visioneer again after reading reviews of other models having the same problems.

Conclusion: not happy Review: I bought this scanner on the advice of a friend who uses one for scanning negatives, and color photos, this scanner was a waste of money,it seems to increase the red tone in negatives and color photos, making them impossible to see what they are.

Conclusion: home user Review: its noisey. and so far i haven't figured out how to tie it to my other folders. otherwise it is ok

Conclusion: not worth buying Review: I have own two visioneer scanners, they work for a short period of time them start having trouble with them. Contacting Visioneer is a wate of time, they will try anything to get out of fxing your scanner, which is guarantee for ome year. I will not buy another one, and sugest that you do the same. HP makes a scanner that has a year guarantee and they will replace their scanner.

Conclusion: Its not locked damnit Review: This scanner worked extremely well for about a year (interesting that's when the warrenty craps out). I then get the Lock error refered to above. It appears that the main bulb is burned out. I was acctually pertty impressed with there tech support. I got hold of a real person in less than 30 seconds. They offered to send be a new one If I could prove I bought it in the last year.
Sigh
