Editorial Reviews:

The SD Card is a highly secure stamp-sized flash memory card. Jointly developed by Matsushita Electronic (best known for its Panasonic brand name products), SanDisk and Toshiba, the SD Card weighs approximately two grams. The SD Card can be used in a variety of digital products; digital music players, cellular phones, handheld PCs (HPCs), digital cameras, digital video camcorders, smart phones, car navigation systems and electronic books.

Conclusion: Shipping Rip-Off: Maybe not the seller's fault.

Review: I ordered three of these very tiny discs from the same vendor. There was no way to bulk order, so I was charged 2.99 for shipping each disc.

The discs arrived in a single package. I assume this cost the vendor 2.99. So who pocketed the other 6 bucks that was charged to my VISA?

IS there any way to remedy this problem on Amazon ordering???

Please reply with suggestions so I can avoid this in future. What a rip off.

Review: After 10 months of use the switch on my card broke off rendering it useless since it is no longer writable. It was removed from my digital camera, inserted into a reader on my computer then inserted back in the camera 110 times (based on counting the number of folders I have - one for each cut & paste from the card). I expected it to last longer than that.

Review: All this stuff is the same, so buy the most MB for the money. This guy does it as well as any, but costs less. Why pay more?

Conclusion: Handy to Have Around

Review: With so many extra Palm software titles available, most Palm units 8 megabytes and fewer don't seem to have enough memory.
The SanDisk 64 MB SD card for your PDA comes in handy as a place to store documents, programs, photos, and games you don't use daily but want nearby.
Just plug it into your memory slot and save over to the card. It's that easy. Also, you may want to consider a program like "Filez," (there are others) which will help you determine which files are on the card.

Conclusion: Boost PDA Memory

Review: Two kids and a dog. I can't help but carry pictures of them to show them off. Photos take too much memory, so I purchased the card and put the photos on it as well as PDF files and reading materials. It's great not to clutter and slow down the PDA with these files that are housed on the card. Only complaint is that it's slow to load the items on the card.

Whenever I go to my photos, it takes longer to get them loaded than if they were on the PDA's memory. But, if the photos are in the PDA itself, then it uses up precious space.

I just used it with a card reader that I bought and the reader read the files quickly. It's small and lightweight -- easy for people to lose and misplace. But, I keep the card in except for when loading its data into the card reader.
