You've been waiting for a while. For a digital camera that does what you want - nothing more and nothing less. A digital camera that lets you take up to 32 images and download them right into your computer. Plus software that helps you e-mail images directly to your friends. Agfa ePhoto CL18 does it all: digital photos to e-mail, digital images to print, video conferencing, and more! With an internal memory similar to a roll of film, ePhoto CL18 doesn't have the hassle and expense of external memory cards. This digital camera works the way you do - fast, easy and electronic. Agfa has added a bit of a surprise: this sleek, little, palm-sized unit also doubles as a quality video conferencing camera for your on-line chats. So forget that extra purchase.Agfa ePhoto CL18 is small. Very small. So don't be afraid to throw it in your pocket or bag and take a few shots of your day about town to share with friends the next day. With a built-in flash and 2 MB internal memory, you can take up to 32 640 x 480 pixel pictures in one go. Plus when you're back home, just plug in the camera using its fast USB connection and download those shots. You don't even have to worry about a power supply since the ePhoto CL18 takes full advantage of USB's capability to supply the camera with power. Conclusion: Poor customer service to back a poor quality camera

Review: After using this camera for a short amount of time, the camera's photo quality went from ok to exteremely fuzzy and speckled. One area of the bits didn't even record picture information, resulting in a white spot in my picture. Even when used as a web cam, the camera has fuzzy, speckled video feed. When I contacted AGFA about it, they gave me a long distance number to New Jersey (I am in WI), and told me repairs would be charged to my credit card!

Conclusion: Skip Agfa ePhoto CL18 if you have Windows XP!

Review: We got this camera for my 11 yr. old for his birthday. It took a month of finagling to FINALLY reach Agfa tech support (in Venezuela or somewhere) before we could get the computer to recognize the camera. DON'T PLUG IN THE CAMERA TO YOUR PC BEFORE THE SOFTWARE IS LOADED OR YOU'LL GO THROUGH THE SAME!!!! Once that was fixed, though, it was great! Nice pictures for the price (we just printed them on our regular PC paper), great for a kid. We took a million pictures the first year of use. Then we upgraded to a computer with Windows XP.... *sigh* The new driver on the website didn't work (seriously crashed the whole computer). When I once again contacted tech support, they said they have no driver for Windows XP and don't plan to develop one. The end. Useless camera for us now...

Review: I've tried to install the software at least 10 times...on two computers and two different operating systems...always the same result...pics won't download, if fact, I have to shut the computer down cause it freezes.

Conclusion: Another "Don't waste your money" Vote

Review: I bought this camera while shopping for a web cam, I decided to buy this camera because it would also "Travel". It quit taking pictures after 1 trip outdoors, it just makes little chirping sounds now when you push the buttons, this camera apparently doesn't like to go outside. I could get my money back or a replacement but don't want to bother. It still works ok as a web cam, I guess I'll just use it for that. The few times I did take still photo's the resolution is very poor and the colors were washed out badly. I shouldn't complain cause when I bought the cam I think it was mispriced at a national office supply chain, I bought it for less than half the price I've seen it for anywhere. I just look at it like I have a fairly good value in a web cam.

Conclusion: Basic Digital Camera

Review: I was looking for a basic digital camera--mostly to send a few photos online. The AGFA CL18 seems to work well for that at its price.

I first could not get photos from the camera to the PC. When I had to get a new printer, I learned some USB ports are underpowered. The camera worked once I installed a power USB hub.
